My instructions clearly say hand the order to me, yet that never happens. This time, the app marked my order as delivered even though I never received it. When I called the store, I was told the app “probably glitched” and that the driver was only five minutes away. An hour later, my food still had not arrived. When I called again, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The delivery driver insisted they handed off the order (they did not), and the store refused to remake or redeliver my food. This is easily the worst Domino’s location I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the frustration and order literally anywhere else, or better yet, don’t order Domino’s at all.
