  Not much to say. It's your typical lower cost pizza joint but I do think Domino's has stepped up their game. They are better than the competition.

  The cashier did not know how to sell a gift card. He had to call three other people (while I stood there). Finally, he sold me the wrong amount on a gift card. Then, he had to talk to two more people on the phone to try to refund it, so he could sell me a card with the right amount. He failed to figure it out. So— something like 35 minutes, all told, while costumers were waiting behind me, and in the end I still didn’t get what I came for.

  Exact same experience as Robert Martinez. However, the manager refused to give us her name (11/30 7pm) and said it was delivered twice, and refused to refund us and hung up on me after playing the quiet game with me and being unwilling to to explain to me what happened and saying I could not get a refund as they made it twice..but it was not delivered. From Robert: Made an online order and it said it was delivered but wasn’t here. Called the store and the driver couldn’t find my apartment. So rather than calling the number that was provided he drove back to the store. When I called and asked why he didn’t just call that question was ignored and was told they would bring back my pizza that was made 40 minutes ago back for the delivery. No apology or resolution so I just cancelled my order. Thanks for saving me the pounds for the night but horrible experience.

  Delivered the wrong pizza. When I called I was told a manager would call me back shortly. 40 mins passed before I called back again. Manager had no idea what I was talking about and took multiple explanations, im told the the pizza would be ready in 20-25 and delivered. An hour later I have to call back to get an update on my pizza and manager keeps repeating what I try to make out is my roommate picked up at the door(this after repeating the same thing three or four times barley able to ubderstand). I dont have a roommate. Apparently the driver just left it in front of the door without knocking. The previous order didnt say leave at door so what was the thought process on that? Over an one hour and thirty minutes for a pizza that was originally supposed to be about 30 minutes.

  I came to this store at 12:07 PM to pick up a pizza that I ordered online. When I placed my order, I wanted a Coca-Cola 20oz, but since it wasn’t available on the website, I chose Sprite instead. When I arrived to pick up my order (receipt #116), I noticed Coca-Cola was actually available in the refrigerator. I politely asked the employee if I could switch the Sprite for a Coca-Cola. She responded rudely and told me that I had ordered Sprite. I explained the situation, but the older lady with glasses continued speaking disrespectfully. Someone with that attitude should not be working directly with customers, because she doesn’t show basic respect or proper communication.
