I ordered a veggie pizza and they gave me pepperoni. Now mistakes happen, but I didn’t discover it until I was an hour away, so I called the store. After being on hold for 10 minutes, the employee demanded “proof” and then told me the only thing they could offer was a credit—even though I clearly asked for a refund for the incorrect item. When I questioned this, the manager got on the phone and became openly condescending, ending his explanation with “understand?” and then telling me, “then you’re not thinking.” When I took offense, he actually mocked me for not understanding why they couldn't do partial refund. (And laughed when I suggested he just refund all 30 bucks. ) He them tried to push a “free pizza next time” instead—like I’d ever trust this location again after his lack of professionalism and apology. And when I called back to escalate, they made me wait 10 minutes before hanging up on me. This is hands-down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this Domino’s. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Not sure why they couldn't just say sorry. Maybe if they started that way a credit would have been fine. But he was just pissed that I wouldn't shut up and eat what they gave me.

The last time we ordered my 19yr old wanted to try the NY style crust like my 10yr old, forgetting this today when I was ordering pizza for only me& my 10yr old. I accidentally ordered my 19yr old's pizza with mine. We do car side pickup, go home and realize my mistake. I call the store, tell them my dilemma, and with no issue at all they took care of us. I had to shout out the guy who helped us, I didn't get his name but he had pins on his hat, Brown hair pulled back, husky, with a very kind demeanor. Thank you so much to all of the crew as well, we've ONLY experienced great service at this location during all of our interactions with any of the staff. I appreciate you all greatly!
