  Dave and Busters is a great arcade with great food and service! I found them through Austin Bats Basketball as I went there with a team mate to promote our team to the community. James is a great manager at this location and so kind, welcoming, and accommodating! Will definitely be back for watch parties.

  Love this location! They’ve graciously partnered with the Austin Bats Basketball Team and the Austin Bats Dance Team and have taken care of us every time we have an event here. The food is great and the games are a blast. Thank you, James! 💖

  Came out to enjoy our time with my family on this Sunday afternoon. We waited at the bar for a table after putting our names down on the waiting list. Once we were able to get a table the server didn't wait on us. We had to look for her. She only serviced our table twice. Not one refill on our drinks. Service wasn't at its best for sure. Very disappointed.

  New Year’s Eve at Dave & Buster’s was made genuinely great thanks to Luke and Adrian. When our cotton candy machine jammed, Luke jumped in right away — patient, kind, and totally on top of things. Adrian, the manager, joined him and actually helped adjust the machine so it would spin properly. Seeing both of them work together — knowledgeable, calm, and focused on helping us — really stood out. Later at the prize counter, my friend chose a deluxe whiskey decanter set. Adrian brought it out with real care, opened it for us to inspect, and treated it like a moment that mattered. Luke stayed patient while helping us split tickets across multiple cards and never rushed us once. On a busy New Year’s Eve, both of them went above and beyond — professional, friendly, and clearly proud of what they do. Huge thanks to Luke and Adrian for turning a fun night into a great one — they truly deserve recognition.

  During our visit to Dave & Buster’s, we requested a table but were informed by the hostess that no tables were available at the time. We were told them we would sit at bar area and wait until one became available. While we waited, my grandbaby went off to play games. By the time my grandbaby finished playing, we noticed that tables—specifically the ones we originally requested—were being filled, and we were never notified that a table was available for us. We returned to the hostess and asked if we could be transferred from the bar to a table. He informed us that since we had already ordered at the bar, transferring would be difficult and that a server might not be attentive to us. At that point, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The general manager, James, came over and listened to our concerns. He was very apologetic and assured us that he would address the situation with his staff and work on improving customer service. I would like to sincerely thank James for going out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of and happy by the time we left. His professionalism and care made a big difference in our experience.
