- SRsilver de Rossi3 days ago5.0We showed up with an outside cake and our own balloons and I told our server I was expecting 8-10 kids to come to celebrate my son’s birthday (we didn’t have a party reservation) and our server Eric was THE BEST! He helped get the biggest bang for my buck, watched the tables so I could have fun with the boys, never pressured me in any way and made our experience the best it could have been! Thank you Eric for the best 11th birthday party ever! Definitely recommend.

In December 2025 I recently return, I made sure I was dressed in a buttoned collared shirt. However, when entering, I noticed other customers wearing shorts and t-shirts, which was unexpected given my previous experience. While the food was satisfactory, the place appeared somewhat unkempt and did not align with its reputation. In my opinion, Pin Stacks offers a superior experience.

Terrible “service.” I walked out & wont be back. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere they actually value you as a customer. It sure as hell ain’t here.

The only thing that could be improved is lunchtime service—sometimes it’s hard to get assistance even when there aren’t many people there. Other than that, it’s a great place to eat, hang out, and play!
- CWCUSTOM WIRINGDec 30, 20251.0What's Dave & Buster's expecting to have a good time shots and pool with my boys stayed around trying to order some food it took about an hour for us to get the food when we got the food it was cold, cold Burger when I talked to the staff manager all the person that was in charge I even got the cold shoulder. I can tell we was not wanted there I asked for a refund I was given a card to call the district manager and told.
