Very helpful and quick service from Will and Rebecca. We got our drinks quickly, I got the blueberry mule cocktail and that took a bit longer which I understand since it was a special drink and Will was kind enough to let me know it was taking a bit longer to prepare when our waters came out.
Our food was good and for how fresh everything was the wait time felt accurate for making grilled chicken.
Thank you Will and Rebecca for being patient with our baby!

This is our date spot at times for sports hangout or even our family nights . We have had Eric as our server 3 times @ the bar area and game floor area . Eric always goes above and beyond, accommodating every request with such professionalism . He always ensured we had everything we needed and made the evening always so smooth and special. Thanks to him we always enjoy our time there .
Thanks for your great service Eric !

Stopped by with my son and several friends for a season end celebration. Dining out with kids is always stressful but parents and kids alike had a great time! Good food, fun games, but what pulled it all together was our server Eric.
He was incredibly helpful when it came to picking our meal/game packages, routinely checked in both at the table and around the floor, and helped exchange a ball for a different color my son wanted, absolutely making his day!
Anyone can take an order, deliver food and fill drinks, but it takes someone special to help create an amazing experience. Eric personifies that quality and I’m grateful to have me crossed paths.
We’ve been coming to this location for over a decade and have always enjoyed our time here, which is why tonight’s experience was so disappointing.
We waited at the bar that by no means was busy, for quite some time without being acknowledged. When Danielle finally approached us, her attitude was noticeably unfriendly. We asked about ordering a top-shelf drink that was being advertised and were told we couldn’t. After that, her demeanor toward us clearly changed. From that point on, she did not check back in with us and appeared to intentionally ignore us, even looking directly at us and then walking away while continuing to serve others.
We eventually walked away to the gaming area, but since she was the only person available to order drinks from, we had to return to the bar. When we came back, she then asked for our IDs, something she had not initially done and did not appear to ask of the much younger customers she was serving, then asked if we were finally ready, which she never checked back in. When asking for the check, she rolled her eyes at us and made a snarky comment to a fellow patron she seemed to know.
After more than a decade of positive experiences, this interaction felt unwelcoming, dismissive, and completely out of character for this establishment. We truly hope management addresses this situation so that future guests, especially long-time patrons like us, are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and consistency we’ve come to expect over the years.

Overall: 3.5/5 [dine in]
D&B had a Super Bowl special for all you can eat wings and all you can play games (blue ones only) for about $29 during the game (5 hrs) which was so worth it. We played games for 3.5 hrs and ate for an hour in total. They had a variety of games but quite a few of their machines, especially the shooting games, were not accurate or working.
We also encountered an issue where they said they ended the all you can eat wings an hour early, so we had to pull up our ticket and read them the fine print. Luckily they honored it and let us order our wings. Each order came with 6 wings (bone in or boneless), about 2 celery sticks, a large ranch dipping sauce, and a wet wipe. We ate dinner late (around 9 PM) after playing games, so they only had naked, honey BBQ, and buffalo available. We got the honey BBQ, which was good at first, but then I got a tangy aftertaste that lingered on my tongue. We ordered naked boneless wings, but they brought us bone in for the first round. It was still good, but I did dip it in the ranch more. The second time they brought out the naked boneless wings, which were very crispy and better than the bone in ones. The wing quality reminds me of Wingstop, so they were all right.
We also ordered two cocktails: Dangerous Waters Island Punch ($7) and Million Dollar 'Rita ($20.49). It was kind of suspicious they didn't put the drink prices on the menu but did for the food. Seems like they did that so they can charge whatever they want. The Dangerous Waters Island Punch tasted like there was no alcohol, was a bit sour, and quickly became watered down. The Million Dollar 'Rita tasted a bit better and had some alcohol but definitely not worth it.
