He needs to be fired!
I’ve visited this store once or twice every month for the last five years, but what happened recently was unacceptable. There is a male shift manager who works the night shift, and he was extremely rude and acted in a way that ultimately sent me to the hospital. Other shift managers also seem to be trying to cover for him. Here is my experience:
The night-shift lead—who knows me through a mutual buddy I previously had issues with—appeared to use his position at Dairy Queen to retaliate on his friend’s behalf.
During my first visit at night, I ordered a chicken meal and was forced to wait 45 minutes. The next week, I returned and ordered an M&M Blizzard. I clearly told him I am allergic to Oreos. Despite this, he **intentionally mixed Oreos into my Blizzard**, which caused an allergic reaction and sent me to the ER.
After I recovered, I went back to the store and asked him to connect me with the general manager. He refused to give me the GM’s name. So I visited during the day, and a woman came out pretending to be the general manager. While she spoke to me, people in the back were laughing and giggling. When I asked again if she was truly the general manager, she said yes, laughed, and then became rude while defending the night manager. I later checked online and confirmed she was **not** the general manager.
To this day, I am still trying to speak with the actual person in charge. This behavior is unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unacceptable.

Stopped by planning to grab dessert here after having a quick drink at the place next door, and came back to find our car towed. The parking signs are really confusing — the spot just said “Customer Parking,” without making it clear that it was only for Dairy Queen. It’s not obvious how parking is divided between the businesses in this lot. The lot is always completely empty too, so I don't understand the reasoning behind being so vindictive.
Reading through other reviews later, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident. Definitely left a bad impression and took away any desire to come back.
