    Date: February 1, 2026 Time: 8:15 PM I had a very uncomfortable experience with the manager today. I called regarding an issue with my order and calmly explained that I was only asking for a remake. During the conversation, the manager repeatedly called me “sir,” even after I spoke and it should have been clear that I am a ma’am. Being misgendered multiple times felt disrespectful and unnecessary. On top of that, when I explained that my receipt was in my car and that I was willing to bring it into the store, the manager continuously interrupted me and kept demanding the receipt number instead of listening. I was trying to resolve the issue politely, but I felt rushed, dismissed, and not heard at all. Customer service should involve listening and showing basic respect. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated, and it’s not what I expect from a Dairy Queen manager. I hope this location addresses how customers are spoken to and treated in the future.

    We were greeted upon walking in. They took out order, gave us a number triangle, and brought our food to us. They asked if we wanted condiments. The burger was delicious and we will be back.

    Ice cream was good, service was fist. The lady at the window did not say a word and seemed like she was mad to be there. But it didn't bother me.
