Went through the drive thru and typical fast food service, employee had no clue what was available. Then asked repeatly if the ice cream was in the bag and was reassured it was in there. Get home and of course no ice cream and the kids meal was wrong.

My last experience was not good. The customer service was horrible. I'm going to leave it at that. There was an older lady working in the kitchen who I assume was a lead or manager of some sort because the guys looked to her for instruction on weather or not to serve my daughter and I. Service definitely starts from the top and trickles down because even the guy who was asking if it was ok to serve us was rude.

Dairy Queen is adequate, but I far prefer Freddies. There are a number of reasons. Freddies has better food, the food is packaged more manageablely. Freddies burgers are in cardboard boxes (rather than paper) which are better for on the go transport. Freddies "Sundae" Containers have a decent bubble shaped top which will protect the sundae should it topple while driving, Dairy Queen uses flat caps which diminishes the amount of the "sundae" but doesn't provide better protection. Freddies frys are better as well. Fridays is willing to provide the Sundaes after the hot food (i.e. last, rather first) so that the Sundae is less likely to melt but Dairy Queen seems unable to provide this. Finally my dogs preferred Freddies pup caps over those of Dairy Queen. These items need to be addressed via action, not lip service.
