Right before i was about to pay i asked the manager who was helping the cashier pack the orders if i could get a side of queso. She yelled she needed a side of queso, she was talking to the lady who was on the tortilla side, but the lady got caught up with more customers. The manager was just standing there, she handed me my food but I hadn’t gotten the queso yet (cause she forgot i had asked for it) then she YELLSS at the lady “YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION! I NEED A SIDE OF QUESO!” In front of other customers. That was embarrassing and uncalled for. That is no way to talk to an employee or correct one. Specially if it’s an older lady. That pissed me off, i almost told her to get the damn queso herself.. I really hope someone checks her. A manager needs to lead by example. You see people are busy, put some gloves on and get to work.
