The customer behind me asked for cilantro, they’re out. Today I went in and they were out of guacamole. Since I had a veggie bowl that normally includes guac, I asked if they could do queso instead since I had no option to get guac. They said they could not substitute it which is terrible customer service. If you’re out of something at least offer a substitute!
