When ordering the girl must have thought that she was able to do two orders at once but she wasn’t. She asked me what kind of rice and beans i wanted to which i said “white rice, black beans” and she asked my boyfriend and he said brown rice and pinto beans. She then put black and pinto beans on mine then asked my boyfriend if he wanted his the same way. When i told her that i did not want pinto beans she then made a huge puff and put that bowl to the side and made a new one. once i saw a different girl walking to the register, i became relieved that i wouldn’t have to continue to match the other girl’s attitude. She then rang up the order and asked if there was anything else. I told her i had a free queso in my rewards and also wanted to add a tortilla and chips. Then she huffed. At this point, i already knew i would definitely be leaving a review. After she grabbed the tortilla and came back, i asked if she could give me a receipt. She then snatched the receipt from the printer and rudely handed it to me, and walked away. I’m not one to be rude to fast food workers because i know it can be a lot, so to be rude right off the bat is insane to me. Please train your employees on customer service and friendliness, kindness is not hard. When I ordered, the girl seemed to think she could handle two orders simultaneously, but she couldn’t.
