  If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This was the worst chipotle I have ever been to BAR NONE. The two ladies at the front counter interacted with me like I had a facial deformity or something. No manners whatsoever. Like it was my fault I came in to order something. I was going to get a bowl to eat there, but as the lady with glasses harshly told me to wait, I decided to get my bowl to go. I stood there for 2 minutes, as she mixed the rice for my bowl while NOT USING GLOVES, which made me uncomfortable. ( I got the other rice instead. )The store wasn't very busy, but she portioned my food so fast, with such little regard to how it was portioned, it felt like she was getting paid by how much she could get onto the floor. I also made the mistake of asking for more cheese, and she added SO MUCH, it was basically a cheese bowl with some extra rice and chicken. Finally was the strangest interaction I've ever seen at a restaurant. Her and another lady with glasses started YELLING, I'm pretty sure cursing at one another in spanish, with me waiting and wondering if I did something wrong. Followed by putting my food into a bag and flinging it at me. With the HOMELESS around the storefront, the loud music in the background, and the total lack of general DECENCY towards customers, suffice to say I will never be returning to this store.

  The older lady with the short grey hair and glasses is super rude and passive aggressive. I kindly asked if I could get plain white rice and she said she wasn’t allowed to do so. I had kindly said that I’ve been here before and the other workers have done for me no questions asked. She said “well I’m not them so I won’t do it” I ended up leaving the store. If you aren’t happy don’t take it out on the customers I will be contacting corporate about this. This is super frustrating because this isn’t the 1st time I’ve had this happen with HER.

  We started going to this location about two months ago because the service and food quality at the Riverside location are extremely poor. Each time we go here, Chrissy is so nice! She drains the juice from the beans and Pico; where as, some people are in such a rush they don't care, then get an attitude when you ask them to redo the bowl and drain the juice… But not Chrissy, she gladly prepares your bowls to your preference with no complaints. She is the reason we continue to go to this location versus others in the area. The restaurant is also always super clean when we go, and the food is always fresh.
