One person was seated doing paperwork. 2 of the 3 staff made eye contact with me. No one said hi or welcomed me. No one said they’d be right with me. They just completely ignored me. The 2 staff made secondary eye contact with me as I kept looking for someone to help me on my brief lunch break, but still absolutely no acknowledgement or any offer to help me. After several minutes of me just standing there and no one doing anything to help me, I finally turned and left. I have never experienced such non-existent customer service at any Chipotle and I am a regular. This location needs basic customer service 101 training. I will take my business elsewhere.
