    My wife is allergic to peppers and did not ask for peppers in her order, but they were added anyway. You cannot add peppers to a person's order that didn't ask them because they could have a dietary restriction. Even worse is that they completely jumbled up our orders, mixing up which ingredients went in each bowl. I don't think we'll be back if we can't trust that our orders will be correct.

    I’m going to start off stating I love chipotle and normal eat at a chipotle establishment at least twice a week. Good food & fast. However my interactions with Jack today left me uneasy enough to want to leave a review. He is not very friendly nor helpful. My advice is if he doesn’t have the emotional intelligence, patience or energy to deal with people in a customer facing role, just don’t. Instead of enjoying my food in store, I write this from the car as he put such a bad taste in my mouth I just wanted to get far away from his energy as possible. On another note there was a second staff member working in the curbside/to go orders section who was extremely helpful and a true leader. She immediately noticed Jack tone and unwillingness to help and stepped up. Wasn’t able to grab her name but I visited around 2:30 on 2/10, if that helps track down the rep.

    Probably the worst managed chipotle in Austin. Never have enough people on line, or they are standing around with not rush or agency to move the line.

    Horrible service, horrible food quality at this location & horrible portions. A skinny white man was the only one making the food, a customer in front of me ordered 2 bowls, while he was still working on those bowls he took my order & was rushing me asking what type of beans, meat & vegetables. I didn’t understand his rush because he was still working on the previous customer & there was no one behind me. After i told him what i wanted he made me the smallest bowl i’ve ever had. The last scoop of rice which wasn’t the full scoop, the last scoop of chicken which was small & super dry. The station was messy with vegetables & sauces falling in each others containers, it was gross. How disappointing because i each Chipotle often. Never returning to this location again.
