The lady serving the food was giving very small portions — I literally had to ask her to add more for almost every item. When I politely asked why she was serving such small amounts, she didn’t respond and seemed upset and after I complained, she gave me even less food. That’s not the kind of service I expect from Chipotle. However, I want to mention that one of the male staff members was very kind and professional. He even let me try a small sample of one of the proteins, and when I told him the meat was too spicy for me, he kindly offered to prepare a new bowl with different protein and rice. Unfortunately, he got busy helping other customers, so that lady ended up finishing my order — and that’s when the poor experience happened. I really appreciated the gentleman’s great service, but overall, the experience with the portioning and attitude of the other staff member was disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location.
