I walk to the door at 10:45 at the time which they are open, and all the workers stared at us for a good 2-5 minutes. Not trippin’, I understand. I was considerate of that, and when we went inside the young man with glasses had a previous transaction and was touching money with gloves. Now, I work in fast food, and constantly make sure to change gloves after EVERY transaction, cross contamination is a real thing. I have to ask him to change his gloves, and he gave me attitude in return. I go through with my order, and it’s $2 extra from when I came previously (Friday 02/06), and ordered the EXACT same thing. Cool, he places (throws) the vinegar’s in the bag and they’re in sideways and spill in my brand new car. This is completely unacceptable. I go here during my school lunch period and only have so much time to get what I need to get done. There are other restaurants closer in my proximity, and still, I choose to come out to Chipotle. I just ask for better service, and maybe retraining the staff on proper cleanliness and hygiene, and most importantly attitude/customer service because it genuinely does make a big difference. I could also mention how when I come in every time he’s here, he goes very slow; he lacks work ethic and a sense of urgency.
