  This is my go to chipotle and I usually have a good experience but I just left and the guy who was making my food was incredibly rude and little aggressive with making my food and I was about to get charged extra for protein when I only ordered one scoop never asked for another and when I said to have it removed they were rude about it opened my bowl again to “verify” as if the person next to her didn’t just make it

  Pésima experiencia en esta sucursal. Pedí un burrito simple . Barbacoa, queso, maíz y unas verduras el yogurt de siempre, siempre compro este mismo combo y siempre me cobran por 11.25 como 12 más taxes, hoy me cobraron el queso como si fuera GUACAMOLE y yo jamás pedí guacamole le dije a la muchacha que me cobraron por guacamole y yo no había pedido guacamole y me dijo que el QUESO se cobrará como guacamole. Y le dije siempre pido este mismo combo y jamás me cobran el queso como algo extra y me dijo que entonces siempre me cobran mal 🤨🤨 y que el queso entra como algo “extra”. Cómo no estaba segura si esto era verdad y estaba apurada preferi no discutir y retirarme. Investigue un poco más y si me cobraron de extra y tuvo la muchacha el descaro de decirme que no era así y estaba equivocada por qué sinceramente es una estupidez que cobren por queso rayado casi 3 dólares. Revisen bien su factura por qué te suelen cobrar extra y encima la atención súper grotesca de la encargada espero que cambien de personal.

  If you are in Austin, stick to Cabo Bob’s. The Stassney location near I-35 had the worst customer experience I have seen in Austin. I tried ordering a cheese quesadilla. Due to religious reasons I cannot eat meat on Fridays. When trying to order in the app, it would not work. I went inside to see if thy could make it since the app was not working. I was told to ask the manager to see if she would make the exception since all of the employees seemed scared of her. The employee tried to get her attention because she was ignoring me standing next to her. She gave the employee attitude and sarcasm and she finally noticed me standing there. After getting called a liar because she thought the app was working, I showed her that it was down. After 6 eye rolls and countless huff and puffs she finally agreed to making it. If she treats her customers this bad, I am scared to see how she treats her employees behind closed doors. She was also getting in to people for standing in the door way when nobody was walking through. Terrible experience to say the least. I will never be back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I placed a catering order scheduled for pickup at 5:00 PM for an important meeting. When I arrived right at 5:00 and told the employee at the takeout counter I was there for my order, she casually responded, “Oh, I forgot.” There was no apology or sense of urgency — just indifference. After she finally put the order together, she sealed everything with stickers. I specifically asked her if the serving spoons and dishes were included, and she assured me they were in the bag. When I got to my meeting, I discovered serving spoons were not included, which created an unnecessary inconvenience and embarrassment in front of my guests. Throughout the entire interaction, the employee was rude and dismissive, as if the situation was somehow my fault. I’ve never spent so much money on a catering order only to be treated so poorly. The only positive part of my visit was the gentleman at the front counter who helped me purchase chips, queso, and guacamole — he was courteous and professional. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was visibly dirty, which added to the overall negative experience. This was extremely disappointing, especially for a catering order meant for a professional setting. I hope management addresses the lack of customer service and cleanliness at this location.
