I watched a server scoop stray ingredients from the cutting counter—which had not made it into my bowl—and push them back into the main serving bins for the next customer. This is an unhygienic practice and a serious health concern. Food Quality: The ingredients on the line appeared tired and did not look fresh. This combination of poor service and unacceptable food handling practices was extremely concerning. I hope management will address these serious issues.
