I’ve tried shiitake, lions mane, wood ear, hens of the woods, blue oyster, pioppini, king oyster, chestnut And black truffle although it had mold so I returned it, although later I found out mold on it was normal. A little too late. All good. First time trying them, and first time cooking them :) thanks to this place.

I was not greeted and she pretty much ignored me. I asked if they had plastic bags as my container would not stay closed. She pointed to a roll on the other side of the area and says, “they’re right there!” At that point I’m experience had became negative. Her relief came back while I was still paying and she told this new girl, “I’m glad you’re back because I’m so over this!” Central Market as a whole is a great place however, the cashier made this a 2 star experience for me today. 😔
