The food is really good, my wife and I still go there often. However, the tables are always dirty and service is super slow (even when it's dead). It's easy to blame the kids working there, but I see it as a management issue; there's either no oversight, or they just don't care about the appearance of the restaurant.

I recently visited CAVA at The Domain and was very disappointed with both the service and food handling. I was not greeted upon entering, and the employee at the counter added ingredients to my bowl without asking what I wanted. The first bowl had to be discarded because hummus was added without my consent. For the second bowl, the rice was clumpy, and the employee used his gloved hand instead of a utensil to remove it, which I found unsanitary. The team member and his coworkers seemed more concerned with going home than serving customers, even though the restaurant was still open. When I asked for his name, he refused, and no one was wearing name tags. I spoke with the manager about the experience, but several staff members laughed while I was explaining the situation. I will not be returning.

CAVA at the Domain in Austin exceeded expectations, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Pepino and Will. From the moment my mom and I walked in, they were welcoming, attentive, patient and incredibly professional. They made ordering easy, offered great suggestions, and ensured everything was prepared exactly as we wanted.
What really stood out was their positive energy and genuine care for creating a great guest experience. Even for a late night healthy dinner, they were both friendly, and efficient, making the visit feel seamless and enjoyable.
Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Pepino and Will truly represent CAVA at its best. Five stars all around!

I went in Tuesday afternoon. I was promptly and professionally greeted by Aaliyah when I walked through the doors. She had a upbeat personality. She was very helpful in making suggestions. She was also very helpful when I was asking her about the flavor palettes of the different menu choices. She was expedient but did not make me feel rushed. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who helped with the additional toppings was also great.
Everything tasted fresh and delicious as I always expect from Cava.

So. I've been coming to this location for about two months. Not horrible but I don't know what these are on but definitely not having a good day. Behind the counter is not clean, no sense of urgency and all of a sudden we don't have pita chips and normally they will tell you they cooking some but today..nothing. Lastly, the attitude of the individuala working is fowl. Whoever management is should be changed or trained again. It will be awhile before I roll through here again. You don't need my money to stay open.
