When I asked the DoorDash driver for help, they refused responsibility and told me to contact the restaurant. Contacting Cava directly yielded no solution—my full order was still at the restaurant hours past delivery, uncollected, with photo proof. Neither company would take ownership or make things right, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket.Both companies deflected blame instead of addressing the issue, and customer support offered no meaningful resolution. The lack of responsiveness and accountability was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from either Cava or using DoorDash for delivery, especially when problems occur and no one wants to help resolve them

- CAChristina AvilaNov 4, 20251.0came here to get some to-go dinner with my husband. i told the girl whom i ordered with if they could please remove the pickles and pickled onions from my pita. as we were waiting by the checkout, i noticed that one of the girls working on the assembly line added the pickles and pickled onions. i quickly went in and asked if they could please remove them. she looked at me as if she saw a ghost or something, quite angry as well. i told her that i had mentioned it to the other girl. no response, just a blank face and weird look towards me. when she gave me my pita, i said thank you but she was clearly pissed off lol. can she learn how to do customer service??
