My Delivery Experience with Cava and DoorDashOrdered five meals and four drinks through the Cava app, only to receive two kids' meals and no drinks from DoorDash, an hour and a half late. When I asked the DoorDash driver for help, they refused responsibility and told me to contact the restaurant. Contacting Cava directly yielded no solution—my full order was still at the restaurant hours past delivery, uncollected, with photo proof. Neither company would take ownership or make things right, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket.Both companies deflected blame instead of addressing the issue, and customer support offered no meaningful resolution. The lack of responsiveness and accountability was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from either Cava or using DoorDash for delivery, especially when problems occur and no one wants to help resolve them
