I am rating this a 1-star even though I did not eat here. Parking is $20 dollars for 4 hours. You cannot choose a cheaper option. Doesn't make sense to pay $20 dollars just to eat at CAVA. Probably should have selected a better central Austin location.

We had a delivery order a week ago that was missing a lot of items so I called and spoke to Victorie and she apologized and let us know that there was an inventory issue but that next time we come in we could have free bowls. Went in tonight and got the free bowls! Her team was so kind and hard working. We will definitely continue to support this location!

went in about an hour before closing, staff extremely rude and annoyed. portions were sub par and the place itself was dirty. after getting my food i check the utensil area and there aren’t any provided. staff was closing and as i tried to wave the down i was ignored

so much chili in each dish so I couldn’t feel the flavor. I’ve been in Mediterranean countries they don’t use chili at all… I regret and hungry 😓😭
