  Had such a great experience at this Cava location! The whole staff was wonderful and the store was clean and had a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Jules for being so amazing!! He was super personable and took his take ensuring all customers were pleased with their food!

  This was my first time dining at CAVA, and thanks to Jules at the register, it definitely wont be my last!! He was so kind and attentive and made the dining experience truly wonderful!! His recommendations were on point, the food was wonderful! Highly recommend!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL SERVICE FROM JULIAN AT CAVA!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough about JULIAN at the front counter of Cava — this man is a whole EXPERIENCE. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with the kind of energy that honestly belongs on a billboard. He didn’t just take my order… he elevated it. He guided me through the menu like a flavor tour guide, making suggestions that were straight-up LIFE-CHANGING. I didn’t know choosing toppings could feel like a spiritual awakening, but here we are. Julian was upbeat, patient, and ridiculously friendly. He had the entire line smiling. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and LOVES what he does — and it shows in every detail. My bowl was perfect. My day was better. My faith in customer service has been RESTORED. If Cava had a “Team Member of the Universe” award, Julian would win it without competition. Give this man a raise, a crown, and maybe his own motivational podcast because WOW. If you go to Cava and don’t let Julian help you, you’re doing it wrong. 10/10. Five stars. Standing ovation. 👏🔥💯

  Ordered dinner on the Cava app and they use DoorDash for delivery. I ordered a grain bowl with half saffron white rice and half brown rice, grilled chicken, humus, tzatziki, persian cucumbers, kalmata olives, crumbled feta, pita crisps and Greek vinaigrette on the side. I also got the free side pita. I ordered double cucumbers, olives, feta, and pita crisps. Visually it looked fantastic. It tastes better than it looks. So Delicious! The bad news was the extra longggggg delivery time by DoorDash. When texting with my driver it was obvious there was a language barrier. I think DoorDash allowed the driver to pickup multiple deliveries from multiple locations because I was tracking his movements and this Cava is one mile away from my location but the driver actually drove around three+ miles before arriving. When he arrived I asked why was there such a long delay and he didn’t speak English. I highly recommend not using their delivery service. Next time I’ll pick it up myself. I gave 5 stars for the Food and 1 star on Service which included delivery. I didn’t rate Atmosphere because I didn’t go to their store. I gave 4 stars for the overall score.

  They were on a mood today! I usually get cava but this time the staff was so rude. They didn’t have any toppings and when asked if they would have any more on the back by chance the one lady just replied NO. It’s 2:30 pm how could you not have more. I was wiling to wait, apparently they just want to shush you away. Terrible service. I feel bad for the lady at the cash register who was sweet, the cook behind the bar and the manager who i could tell was working very hard also behind the scenes. The guy and other girl working the food line need a break from the job.
