  District and regional manager definitely need to look into how this place operates especially on Saturday/sunday. Service is incredibly slow and staff is very inattentive and the food sub par even for chain rr. Walk in no greet both to go and dine in groups just standing waiting for anyone to acknowledge meanwhile staff walk around non challantly will look at guest and carry on. Once you get asked what you’re here for - I was for carry out they still don’t greet just say “name ? “ at this point even the staff is aware that more than likely your order is not ready bc they glance at the shelves and just say “yes it’s gonna be a while.” There were people there waiting a whole 30/45 mins extra after there stated order ready pick up time. Another customer had been waiting that long and had actually put in their order hours in advance for pick up. The food itself - man everything looked cold and caked and dry and dull. Definitely is just sitting under /next food lamps. Huge dissapointment

  About last night’s Super Bowl experience at Buffalo Wild Wings!!!! Before I forget, I want to say thank you to all of the staff of BWW! I knew it would be busy, but that place was PACKED!! Line OUT OF THE DOOR, and with so many orders and chaos, the staff remained calm, got food out, GOT MY ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and worked well under pressure! I came in right at Halftime! I “excuse me” my way through the line to head to the bar. Of course there were no seats. There was a station to the left of me, I stood there and watched as everyone came together and was singing the lyrics, pure joy on their faces, we all being one, jumping, dancing, screaming in pure joy!!!! I finally got a seat and saw immediately that the bartender needed a break but she wasn’t going to get one doing the game! I tried to lighten her load by asking if I could write my order down, instead of screaming at her over a very crowded crowd. Lol! She was very kind and patient, even with all of the orders, like this beautiful woman was the definition of PROFESSIONAL!!! I was so impressed! I had to let her know that if no one saw her tonight, I DID. I wrote my order down and said “Thank you for all you do!!” We really do appreciate you! She came over and said, with such a light in her eyes, “Thank you! I needed that!! The team worked well together and I she got my order done correctly the first time!!! Most times I have to send it back to cook harder! Nope! Perfect!! Shoutout to the chef/cook. You did that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m a forever customer!!! F 🧊!!! 😘

  I tried ordering food through Uber Eats and for over an hour I was seeing “preparing order” and never got my food. Spent $70 for 2 people and literally never got my food!

  I’ve visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location multiple times, and unfortunately the service is consistently disappointing. The wait times are extremely long, even when the restaurant does not appear to be very busy. Once seated, staff rarely checks on our table, and basic service such as refills or follow-ups often has to be requested multiple times. The location always appears to be severely understaffed, which directly affects the overall experience. On one occasion, the service was so poor that we ultimately had to walk out without being served. While I understand that staffing challenges exist, this has become a recurring issue rather than a one-time situation. Management should seriously consider hiring more staff or offering better pay and training if retention is the problem. Poor service leads to lost customers, and that seems to be what is happening here. I hope improvements are made, as this location has potential but consistently falls short.
