  Visited with my family and had a terrible experience. The restaurant smelled strongly, and when we asked about it, staff told us it was coming from a restroom drain that hasn’t been fixed for two months. We asked to move away from the restroom, but were told that section was closed and no accommodation was offered. Instead, the server informed us that a 15% gratuity would be automatically added because our party was over six and said if we weren’t comfortable, we could leave. We were never offered drinks, and when we asked for water, the server ignored us and continued chatting and laughing with someone else. We decided to leave due to the smell and unprofessional behavior. As we were leaving upset, a comment made out of frustration was met with the staff member replying “Perfect!” Extremely rude. Unwelcoming staff, poor hygiene, and zero customer service. Would not recommend.

  The staff lead didn't know how to accommodate customers when the store was smelling like sewer line. All she was caring about was 15% tip and not even bother to ask us water and chatting & laughing with other employees for few minutes rather than come and take the order. We informed her we leaving because of the service and she said "it is is even better"

  Alex was great!! Although the restaurant was busy he made time to attend to our needs and was polite and fast! Thank you Alex for the excellent service and hospitality!!

  Moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and started trying out this location because it’s across the street from me. It’s okaaay lol Quality of food and drinks have been just as good as any other B-Dubs location, but service is pretty slow and unenthusiastic. They also randomly change the game on the TV when you’re watching what is currently on there. Almost seems like they have favorite customers that will come in and just take over. A little annoying, but I can’t say I was treated rudely or my food was bad. Just sort of a boring and slow service location. Honest review: 3 out of 5 stars

  A server named Zoe was extremely passive aggressive towards my table, wished us a bad night, and even cursed at us before we left. We asked if she had a manager that would talk to us about the problem but she refused and we decided to leave rather than press the issue. After a phone call to the manager, my buddy said there had apparently been a misunderstanding about a note he wrote to his girlfriend with an inside joke on it, that a bartender had found weeks prior. Either way, I can't get over just how poorly my whole table was treated. I initially thought she was making an awkward attempt at humor, but it clearly was not. I've always tipped well and been polite to the staff here, and expected the same in return. Probably gonna find a different spot to frequent, which is a shame, because the food at this location is typically pretty good.
