    I had a really disappointing experience here due entirely to poor front of house communication and rude staff. We were there on Friday 2/20 between 7 and 9 pm. I missed my reservation and politely asked if anything was available. I was told I could be added to a waitlist with an estimated 45 minute wait, which I agreed to. After waiting, the app showed we were next. When I checked in, the host confirmed we were next and said they would let us know. Instead, multiple parties were seated ahead of us. When we asked about it, we were told again that we were next and just waiting for a table. Another 15 minutes passed. After a total of an hour and a half, we were finally told we were on a “low waitlist,” meaning we would only be seated if someone canceled or did not show. This was never explained to us upfront. They treated us as if we were incompetent for not understanding this, however had I known about this so called “low waitlist,” I would never have agreed to it. The host staff showed little to no remorse and insisted they had explained it, which was simply not true. The dismissive attitude and lack of transparency completely ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory evening. We were coming from purchasing a bridal dress and were hoping to celebrate, but instead left frustrated and disappointed without ever being seated. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

    We went Saturday afternoon on Valentine’s Day for an early dinner and a regular place to have a good time, nothing fancy and keep it real. The place is nice and has a good atmosphere. The prices are good, and the sushi is good for what you pay. The server was very nice and she was on top of your order! The coconut crab soup was very tasty, and I love the Mango Crab Rangoon. You will not be disappointed. The cocktails look nice, but we ordered sake, the Momokawa organic nigori ginjo, I like it 🍶 Overall, it is a good place to enjoy with friends, have some drinks, and chat.

    Food was OK. Seating hostess was a joke ... told us 45mins but took 105mins. Very rude and disrespectful specially when she is the one who cluelessly made a mistake. Then got seated on a shared table with other couples. Like really!!!! ... it took forever for the food ... zero privacy and zero fun. Avoid the place.
