I asked for a vanilla shake. He started to make it but another person came in with 2 orders, so the woman finished the shake once she was off the phone. We were on our way to a movie and I took several sips of the shake and it tasted very off. My husband tasted it and said he thought the milk was bad. Sadly, a Whataburger shake is much better than what I got. We didn’t have time to return it because of the movie. It was a total waste of money. 3 stars because they tried - perhaps they didn’t check the products!?!

Also out of waffle cones. They gave me a cup cone- it was stale. Oh and manager was sitting in the small dining area with her cell phone on speaker so loud I couldn’t sit in there. I politely asked if she could turn it down a little bit please and she said “no I’m on a conference call”. I asked if she could go in her office (you’d think a manager would have one) but she said “this is the best place for me to do it”. Apparently she isn’t aware of manners or Bluetooth earpieces. Or working in her car, as I am doing to write this review. I would have had a hard time believing that a Baskin Robbins in an upscale giant neighborhood in Austin (Belterra) could fail but they’re certainly trying hard.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
