Their hair is going into the ice cream when they’re reaching to get a scoop and there needs to be a covering any open cuts if they’re handing out food I’m pretty sure you have to get your food handlers permit to work here and that is something that they go over thoroughly. Hair needs to be pulled back gloves need to be worn and open sores and cuts must be covered. I will not be back here again. I wish I could get my money back.

They had a jacket so they could’ve put their sleeves down. She shouldn’t of been working behind the counter and should get medical attention. She shouldn’t be handing out ice cream. @dani.s I apologize for being insensitive to her rare medical condition. But she didn’t use gloves once, and was touching those growths that were leaking while handling our food. How am I supposed to know it was a medical condition less than 200 people have it? Body fluids getting on me and my families ice cream is a genuine health risk.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
