- RJRoshan JosephFeb 14, 20261.0We regularly go to Baskin Robbins at different locations, were visiting from out of town and had a poor experience at this location. There were 5 of us who ordered individual scoops. My child ordered their "Pink Bubble Gum" flavor. It was not stated clearly anywhere nor did the man who was serving us advise that the flavor had actual pieces of gum within the ice cream! When my child picked out pieces of gum from the first bite in his mouth and didn't want to deal with it as part of ice cream, he didn't want it anymore. We asked if they would change that scoop. The man behind the counter who was serving us and seemed to be running the place rudely stated "we don't do changes. If it's what you order, that is what you get". Extremely poor customer service and behavior to a customer who had just spent $30 and had given him a tip. I would have gladly paid for another scoop if he could have shown basic human courtesy and could speak politely in responding to a customer's request.
