    Honestly should be shut down. I ordered through Uber eats and got cold food, half my order missing, and no refund. Currently hugging the toilet because I decided to order food from here when even taco bell would have been better. Health code violation is a business model apparently. Next time I'm stuck at work with no food, I'm going to dig out food from the trashcan outside and it'll probably be safer to eat.

    I ordered a meal through the Arby’s app for in-person pickup. The guy at the window seemed unsure about the order or was not familiar with mobile phone or app order so I showed it to him on the app. He seemed slow and there was another person working in the kitchen, and it took them a very long time to make my order. When I finally received it, the food was cold. It’s not the same Arby’s of yesteryear.

    I'm so mad with Arby's, I almost feel it wouldn't be hyperbole to say my blood is boiling. I'm going to have to add screenshots because I'm in awe. So Arby's has this deal, I mean scam, claiming if you put your phone number in to a sketchy site, they offer you a free sandwich... I did it... Then I get an automated message saying I'm a bot! This is my phone number people! I'm definitely not a bot, and now my phone number is on yet another, Lord knows how many lists, and no free sandwich. I'm not the type of person to take this type of stuff lying down, so this is just day one. I have that sketchy site and an (855) number that sent me the verification list... If I start getting ads for Arby's all of a sudden, with WITH NO FREE SANDWICH... let's just say I'm going to blow this whistle on more sites that maps... I hope it's clear why I'm so upset, 1, no sandwich, and two, when an automated system call me a bot, usually because I'm not a typical consumer, I get really, really mad... Like I am now... Like I said, this is day one... Time to follow the money and see who's marketing matrix I just jumped in, or better yet, exposed myself after these outrageous Internet law changes... Day 1... Beware, Arby's got me today... Don't fall for the free sandwich scam... Trying to save a few bucks cost me just my phone number, age, birthday etc.

    I wanna order arbys on uber rn but know if I do the order is going to be messed up. I have tried leaving feedback in the app but haven't noticed a change. Please fix the issues at this location it’s beyond normal error and it’s like someone is acting with malice towards the orders. The last five orders I’ve made have been consistently wrong and missing items or I have had the wrong item sent. I received French dips without the dipping sauce every time and vanilla shakes that should’ve been chocolate shakes, only ketchup when I only asked for arbys sauce and no aju sauce. I want to order here but am taking a break so my order will be right. I hope this helps management find out who it is. The orders that are wrong happen on the dayshift I order between 12 and 2pm most days I order but the last time it was a 4pm. Idk if they can staple the extra bag the aju sauce goes in outside of the main bag but think the drivers are not seeing the small bag when they pickup the order. Or it isn't being put out for the driver. Again hope this helps.
