  After compiling your bill they present you with a little terminal to enter your credit card and the tip amount. Now I'm not generally much of a tipper when I walked up to the counter and bought food at the listed price. Buttons on the bottom of the terminal from left to right showed 10% 15% 20% 30%. I was feeling generous and selected the 10% one. My ticket was printed and as I waited for my food to be called out, I looked over my receipt. It was almost a 20% tip! When I went to pick up my food I said I selected the 10% amount and it came up almost 20%. The gentleman at the counter asked me if I was certain I had selected the right button. I was certain. There was a fella in line waiting to order his food and I told him to watch the tip situation because it seemed to come up different than what you select. After he came through the food line he said this. From left to right it was not 10% 15% 20% 30%, it was 18% 15% 20% 30%. The zero in 10% was actually an eight. Very deceitful. 😡

  Texas brisket bagel sandwich was awesome! Filled me up. I have now found my favorite Airport food!

  Caution for vegetarians, often they’d handle meat items with the same gloves then proceed to a vegetarian order instead of swapping in between. This is a small attention to detail that I notice at other Einsteins but is lacking here.

  I had very low expectations after seeing the low scoring and reviews but this exceeded my expectations!!! The bagels tasted so fresh, soft and yummy! They were perfectly toasted and it was a delicious meal to have before boarding our flight. Service was super friendly and very quick! Highlyyyyy recommend these bagels! I went for the cheddar jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese . So delicious! Now I wish I had had them outside of the airport, I’m sure they’d be even better!

  Im confused by the low rating. DELICIOUS! Great bagels, cream cheese and overall experience - especially for an airport. My wife and i got the jalapeño cheddar bagels w/ jalapeño cream cheese. So good! Solid breakfast before a flight 💪 Recommendations - have seats & tables to eat
