Wait for ever for a cup of coffee?
Walk up no line and still wait 20 minutes for coffee?
I left only weirdos would spend that much time for something so simple.
Hate Starbucks but they have the pouring of coffee down.

Every time my husband and I need a refreshing beverage dutch bros always gets us right. The girls are always so sweet and polite. Today we went and this girl with pigtail braids had the best customer service. Give her a raise

I typically enjoy a quick cup of coffee on my break but it took 20 minutes of waiting in line just to receive my order that I had placed online. They also chose to serve a car first that arrived after me and was waiting behind me. Not super funky fresh of them 💩
I’d appreciate a more accurate estimated pickup time if service is going to be that slow. Thanks for listening.

BE WARNED!
I’ve been drinking coffee for twenty-five years. Hundreds of coffee shops, all over the country, all over the world. This was the single worst coffee experience of my life.
It was Sunday afternoon, 3 PM. My first time at Dutch Bros, and I was genuinely excited — my wife had good things to say. The drive-through was jammed, so we walked up to order, figuring it would be quicker.
Reader, it was not quicker.
I placed my order behind four or five people already waiting. I figured five minutes, maybe ten if things were rough. I was prepared to be patient. Instead, I waited at least twenty minutes for one small almond milk iced latte. Not a fancy drink. Not a complicated drink. A normal, easy-to-make drink.
In that time, I watched thirty cars go through the drive-through. I watched at least ten people walk up after me and leave with their coffee. I stood there in 100-degree heat while a single blown-out speaker blasted over-amplified pop music directly into my skull. If there is a coffee shop in hell, this is what it feels like. The vibes were apocalyptic. Other customers were visibly upset. I bonded with a stranger over our shared suffering — he’d been waiting fifteen minutes himself.
By the time the drink arrived, I was unraveling. We were late for the gym. We were late for everything else that day. An entire afternoon, sacrificed to a single iced latte.
And then — the drink itself.
The coffee was okay. But the cup was a glacier. Solid, chunky ice cubes packed from bottom to rim. I will be posting a photo so you can witness it for yourself. There was so little actual coffee that calling it a latte feels like fraud. It was a cup of ice with a coffee spritzer on top. Five swigs. That’s it. Five swigs of coffee in exchange for twenty minutes of my life and what remained of my joy.
I left a worse person than I arrived. Robbed of my time, my afternoon, and my faith in walk-up coffee orders. I have never, in twenty-five years of devoted coffee drinking, felt so thoroughly defeated by a beverage.
Do not go here. Or if you do, bring a book, a fan, and a reasonable expectation that you will be served mostly ice.

visited this Dutch Bros, as it has been my favorite of the ones in the area, but NOT TODAY. we waited for 10 minutes for a line buster to come out and take our order, then another 15 to get to the window. as we were sitting at the window, we watched the broista make drinks that were not ours.. once they actually got to our drinks, my friend, who used to work at Dutch, proceeded to be horrified as they made our (very simple) drinks wrong. my rebel tasted like straight syrup because of how they improperly mixed/made it (should be rebel base THEN syrup, not the other way around). all of this, and it was not busy whatsoever. 2 blended rebels and a cold pour chai should not take 30 minutes, imo.
I will definitely be going to another location next time. :-(
