- AAAmiApr 5, 20261.0Horrible lazy workers!!! Went through drive thru for a coffee the workers just ignore the drive thru for 10 minutes and then help one car then ignore again!!! I’ve never encountered something like this at a Dunkin

There's almost never a customer but you will always wait at least 10 minutes for a staff member to appear to help you. And they almost always overcharge me for a large when I got a small or too many doughnuts or something.

I went today, in afternoon, even went inside and the ladies there served me coffee watered down coffee. Smiled in my face knowing they did not provide a quality drink. Very disappointing. I was there and would have waited for fresh coffee, they just did not bother to even get my order right and all o ordered was two brewed coffees. Nothing fancy just regular coffee and my order was incorrect. And I was the only customer there.

They will not answer the phone. Are you short staffed? Did someone call in? Did only two people show for their shift? We have no way to know because the locked door didn’t tell us what was happening. Picking up our Mobile preorder was moot after waiting to get through the drive thru line.
