  We’re from out of town, Dunkin is always a stop when we are in ATX. This one was absolutely disgusting. Barely any donuts available and breakfast came out COLD, for all three orders. NOT to forget they use there bare hands to close lids and they had disgusting finger nails. We threw our food in the trash walking out.

  This has been my go to donut shop for twenty years. My wife loved the toasted coconut donuts. I went to pick up a couple of coffee’s and donuts. This is disappointing especially since this location always has delivered great service. I was informed they no longer have that flavor at this location. I ordered nothing and backed out of the drive thru. I drive 6-7 miles from my house because they have toasted coconut donuts. We have a Shipleys with in a mile from my house. If I’m just getting regular donuts I can get them at Shipley’s. Thank you for the many years of great service, coffee, and toasted coconut donuts. We will miss your location.

  Nice spot to grab a coffee and pastry, staff were friendly and I like the lounge style environment.

  Usually they are good, pretty rude attendant at the drive through, typically i do ask them for fresh coffee, to avoid stale coffee, she did not say anything, but anyways gave stale one. Went inside and said need a new one, seems water and cold. Nachi refused give new one said, you are going to get the same and refunded I mean she could have already told me this at the windows. Also pretty curt I thought !! Anyways lost a customer
