  The delivery driver refused to acknowledge me for 10 minutes in cold weather but when his friend pulled up, he immediately got out of his car and handed me my room temperature food. Thank you Dominos!

  The tracker said my order was ready, when I get to the store they told me it needed more time, to wait 5 minutes. I came again 10 minutes later and then they told me that they were about to start the order. I waited over 50 minutes and the order was not even prepared and they told me before it was already in the oven. Now it’s too late to order anywhere else. When I required a refund, they told me it takes up to 7 days. Now I don’t have my money or my food and waited over 50 minutes. The frustrating part is that the lying to my face and the order was not ready I could have ordered somewhere else.

  Ayer fuimos a Domino’s y ordenamos una pizza. Normalmente no somos el tipo de clientes que se quejan, pero encontrar cabello en nuestra pizza es absolutamente inaceptable. Tengo un niño de cuatro años y otro de cinco, y esto es muy preocupante cuando se trata de la higiene y seguridad de los alimentos. Los empleados que preparan o cortan la comida deberían tener el cabello recogido adecuadamente o usar una redecilla para el cabello. Tener el cabello suelto mientras se manipula comida no es nada higiénico. Mi esposo pensó en regresar a la caja para comentar lo sucedido, pero el lugar estaba muy ocupado y decidió no pedir otra pizza en ese momento. Sin embargo, sí obtuvo el nombre de la persona que estaba cortando la pizza, y aparentemente era el gerente general de la tienda. Si usted es el gerente general del lugar, debería dar el ejemplo cuando se trata de higiene y manejo de alimentos. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable y decepcionante.

  No tiene ningún tipo de higiene como mismo usan las manos para cobrarte así mismo sin guantes te echan los ingredientes muy poca higiene vayan en persona y miren ,:…,, 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
