  This was by far the WORST delivery experience I have ever had with this Domino’s location. My order was over 30 minutes late, showed up cold, AND wasn’t even the correct pizza. which is already unacceptable. Then it gets worse. While I’m on the phone with the manager at store #6607 trying to get a refund for this mess, I’m being met with straight-up disrespect. Meanwhile, the delivery driver claims he called me twice and that my phone went to voicemail—completely false. Even if that were true, I would STILL have missed call notifications. I got nothing. No call, no attempt, nothing. Instead, this man sat in a Walmart parking lot for almost 45 minutes doing who knows what, while my food got cold. Then when I call back to request a refund, the manager tells me flat out that I’m NOT getting one, no email confirmation, nothing—while being rude and dismissive the entire time. On top of that, she hangs up on me mid-conversation. I had to call back AGAIN just to try to get basic help and ask her to have the driver contact me. Let’s be very clear: I had to go pick up my OWN “delivery” order. This entire situation is beyond unacceptable. I expect to hear from someone about this by Monday because the level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability here is insane.

  Hice me pedido de 58 dolares gastados y tuve que cancelar uno de los pedidos porque no aceptan billetes de 100 dolares.

  Not much to say. It's your typical lower cost pizza joint but I do think Domino's has stepped up their game. They are better than the competition.

  The cashier did not know how to sell a gift card. He had to call three other people (while I stood there). Finally, he sold me the wrong amount on a gift card. Then, he had to talk to two more people on the phone to try to refund it, so he could sell me a card with the right amount. He failed to figure it out. So— something like 35 minutes, all told, while costumers were waiting behind me, and in the end I still didn’t get what I came for.
