  Eric the server is the greatest of all time! He took really great care of me and give me what I needed in a jiffy. He also made sure I got my rewards linked to all my food orders. Big props to this man. He needs to be the supervisor of the waiting department! Other waiters could learn a lot from him.

  I visited this location on today 4/3/26 and had a horrible experience. I sat and waited over 50 minutes for food I ordered after my daughter and husband ate theirs. I placed an order but my waitress never submitted it to the kitchen. In fact she never came back for me to pay the bill. I had to get up and go find her which took another 10 minutes. I then spoke with a manager who was very dismissive and did not even address my concerns. I have spent too much money at this establishment to be dismissed. I will never return to this Dave and Busters again! HORRIBLE.

  Came in on Saturday. Rebecca was our server! Such great energy that young lady has ! She made us feel right at home! Very professional gave us great service and great recommendations on appetizers and drinks We were able to get an eat and play combo and save money on our food ! For a server to recommend Items that save us money made us feel very comfortable! Will definitely be coming back! Thanks again, Dave & Buster's

  From the second you walk in, the energy is crazy in the best way—lights flashing, music going, games everywhere. It’s literally impossible to be bored here. Whether you’re trying to win big or just have fun, they’ve got something for everybody. The games are hands down the best part 🎮—a perfect mix of new and classic, and yeah… you WILL lose track of time (and probably swipe that card more than you planned 😂). Food was actually solid too. Not just typical “arcade food”—everything came out fresh and hit the spot, especially after running around playing games. Drinks were on point too 🍹 Perfect spot for a date night, birthdays, or just getting out and doing something fun. Yeah, it can get a little busy and loud, but honestly that’s part of the vibe. Overall, if you’re trying to have a good time and make some memories, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back 💯

  Had a great time until I felt deceived at the front desk. We came in to celebrate my son’s birthday and were immediately upsold by the front desk associate, Jazmin. I asked what the best deals were and was offered an unlimited package for ~$55 and a bonus package for ~$75. Before committing, I specifically asked how long the tokens would last us. She assured me they would easily last all day and that we could return to use any remaining balance. About an hour in, we were completely out — roughly 475–500 tokens gone. To make matters worse, we then tried to redeem our food and ticket package, only to be told by the waiter that they were separate from what we’d purchased. When I escalated to the manager, he offered no resolution and instead put the blame back on me, saying I had chosen the package and used the tickets — as if that excused the misleading information we were given upfront. He could have easily made it right and chose not to. That decision cost them a long-term customer. I’m typically the type to buy the top package, spend freely, and make every event special for my son. Not here — not anymore. Be very cautious about what the front desk staff tells you. Get everything in writing before you commit.
