  I’m extremely upset about the experience my family had tonight. On several occasions the staff has not been very friendly and always seems quick to rush our order without offering suggestions or help. However, tonight crossed a line. We came in simply to look at birthday cakes for my child. While we were looking, my child touched the candles that were on display and was immediately scolded by an employee in a very harsh way. Instead of kindly addressing the situation or speaking to me as the parent, the employee chose to reprimand my child directly, which was unnecessary and upsetting. I understand that store displays shouldn’t be touched, and I would have gladly corrected my child if it had been brought to my attention respectfully. But the way it was handled felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Customers—especially families with children—should be treated with patience and respect. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled in the future.

  Great hamburger, fries and friendly service. Most impressive, the cleanest fast food restaurant I have been including their bathrooms. Will return!
