  The cleanest Chipotle I have ever been to. You can tell the manager cares a lot. Employees are happy. It was great experience.

  The employees were very rude she made our bowls so sloppy she slung the rice so hard that half of it went in the floor then we asked for another scoop and she acted like it was a problem I understand it was close to them closing but still that’s no excuse if it happens again then I will find another location

  This is a great Chipotle! The only one I would order online, the portions are proper and never had any complaints about the ingredients. Highly recommend this location!

  Date: March 4, 2026 9:30 pm I clearly stated my name twice when picking up my order, yet I was still handed someone else’s food. I assumed it was correct and ate some of it before realizing it contained mammal meat, which I don’t eat. I returned to the store and had to purchase a second meal I could actually eat, leaving me out $11 due to an employee mistake. What’s more concerning is that when they gave me the replacement order, they initially handed me someone else’s food again. I had to stop them, check the name myself, and repeat my name before finally receiving the correct order. Mistakes happen, but this could have been avoided with better attention when confirming names and handing out orders — especially when dietary restrictions are involved. The pickup process in the app should also clearly display and verify the customer’s name at handoff. If names are being called out verbally, there needs to be a more reliable confirmation process to prevent situations like this. Date: March 21, 2026 10:30pm I placed an online order for a burrito, but when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready or called out. I spoke to an employee who said it would be right out, but after waiting about 5 minutes with no update, I had to ask again and point out my name on the pickup screen. When I finally received the order, it was incorrect—I was given a bowl instead of a burrito. The bowl was also poorly packaged and not sealed properly. When I picked it up in my car when i reached home, the container opened and the contents spilled onto my passenger seat. I already got a refund through the app for above orders. However, I wanted to share this feedback because the overall experience reflected a lack of attention and organization. Also, front facing employees are sometimes distracted by their phones.
