  Everything was as expected. Friendly/helpful staff. Mostly clean restaurant except for the trash cans were very full. We were disappointed that they didn't have beef fajitas but that's a personal preference.

  This location is not the best. There are usually several chewy pieces of chicken or steak in my bowl. But what really inspired me to leave a review was the manager who I always see talking down to the employees. Literally every time I come here he's working, and each time he manages to make rude comments towards employees that I witness during my 10 minutes inside the store. Lots of negativity. I used to be a service manager at Chipotle and it's def not acceptable to treat employees that way!

  I ordered three chicken burrito bowls at the restaurant at around 8:00 PM on March 21, and the Asian guy serving the food was absolutely ridiculous. He gave me an unbelievably tiny amount of every single topping. I’ve never had this happen at any other Chipotle. You really need to train him better.

  I choked on a large, sharp bone in my chicken burrito bowl at Chipotle on Lakeline Boulevard—the chicken bowls are not supposed to contain bones. The bone cut the inside of my mouth, and I could not safely continue eating. I immediately reported this to staff, expressing concern for other customers, but my complaint was dismissed. I was offered no refund, replacement, or apology, and no action was taken to prevent this from happening again. I also submitted a formal complaint to Chipotle with photographic evidence—I received no response. This isn’t just this location—Chipotle as a whole fails to ensure basic food safety and customer care. Warning: your safety may not be taken seriously at this restaurant or others in the chain.

  They put very less quantity compared to other Chipotle's nearby. When we ask them to put some more quantity, they charge extra. If I order double protein, the quantity we get over here is equivalent to single protein at other Chipotle's.
