  I have gone to this place for years because I live nearby and today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I was prepared to eat at this location but this location has gone “digital” and that you could only order online to pick up or dine in. This place has gone downhill. Save your time and money. Take it to another location.

  I guess don't come here at night if you want toppings. I came it and ordered at 9:50 (an hour and 10 minutes before closing). The staff had already started cleaning duties and consolidating what looked to be the to go order area with the main line. I asked for sour cream, but they were "out". Looked like a newer employee (asking where to get more and trying to do the right thing) was told by an employee where/how to refill the sour cream. However, this was then shut down by another employee who was less than professional by saying "I just tell them that were out". All of the drinks were out, the Mr. Pib was hooked up to the coke zero, all of the trashes were overflowing, there were no spoons, they were down to one green hot sauce, and the dining room was trashed. I could understand some of these things if it was 10 minutes before closing, but not over an hour left of business hours. It was clear that getting off early or right at 11pm was the priority for the employees. This was frustrating because I drove further to come to this store which has a 4 star rating compared to South Park Meadows which was closer to 3 stars for a 1 star experience.

  La atención horrible el habiente horrible , me sentí mal , por que fui muy educada y respetuosa al a hacer mi orden pero siento que las chicas estaban de mal humor , ¿pregunta importante comerías en un lugar donde te hagan sentir incómodo ? POR QUÉ ASI ES COMO ME SENTÍ !! Cómo si no fuera bienvenida !!

  Don't ever go here after 9pm. The entire staff is cleaning the restaurant for closing, the only person serving customers is slow and giving you small portions so they don't have to wash any more dishes. During the day is mostly fine with good food.

  Trato al cliente pésimo la Sra que recibe a la Cliente con cara larga tratando mal a nosotros. Vine con mis 2 hijos y mi esposa.no nos merecemos cuando somos clientes fijos de chipotle. Aparte la música en un volumen súper alto hay que gritar para que te puedan escuchar y no escucho a ellos tampoco sentí que estaba en un bar de mala calidad porque ni hielo tenía la Máquina.
