  Drive-through entrance / situation is super hectic and not logical, have to loop around only entering through Parmer lane. Always gets every order incorrectly. They're getting better at greeting / saying "My Pleasure" though. If picking up inside it takes forever to get acknowledged holy crap. Food quality is so-so, the official Chick-fil-A sandwiches here are quite thin. Inside is outdated, cramped and hot-temperatured. There is a playscape for kids available. Parking is super limited. All in all, this one is awkwardly located.

  I just had an odd experience that I thought I should share. Older lady at the counter at the Chick-fil-A on Mopac, not only rolled her eyes when I walked into the store. The store is about to close by the way, but when I picked up my order is, she dusted off her hands as if they were dirty from handing it over to me. This happened at 10 o’clock to 1023. She has dark hair and she was just really rude. It’s surprising because you expect better customer service from Chick-fil-A. I hope they do better next time.

  I share the same experience as Joyce who left a review two days before me. The older lady with long white/grey hair was incredibly rude. She was on a power trip or having a bad day and taking it out on customers in the drive thru line. The way she was speaking to me and others while managing the drive thru line was ridiculous. She wanted me to squeeze my car through a tight space and when I didn’t feel comfortable doing so she walked up to my open window and repeatedly yelled at me to “listen or eat somewhere else”

  Faye the general manager was very rude because she was having a bad day. She proceeded to yell, berate and overall disrespect me while in the drive thru line. Speaking to me as if I didn’t deserve basic human decency. When I tried to speak with the managers to collect information to file a complaint she said the conversation was over and they could not help me. If this is how Chick fil A is now running their business I will gladly go elsewhere. Good luck!

  Horrible experience at this location nobody was welcoming on top of that they had five minutes before breakfast was up. I ordered my meal before 10:30 took off Iooked in my bag half my meal wasn’t even in there went back to the restaurant and the reason they gave me was breakfast ended and they ran out of the food instead of substituting it for something else or informing me instead of assuming I wasn’t going to notice what was missing, the worst Chick-fil-A location I’ve ever been to and I don’t ever say that about Chick-fil-A!!!!
