  Chick fil A always has the best service but this location bets them all! Don't matter what day or time I come the kiddos youngster are always nice and respectful

  Yesterday I bought two meals.Both were combos plus the brownies. When I got home, I realized that brownies were not in the bag. I called chick fil a they told me that they will write my name down an order number down.So I can come the following day to pick up the brownies. Today is the following day and chick fil a made a big deal about the whole situation. When they found out I wasn't lying, they apologized. And I told them, after you all did this and they embarrassed me and I asked for a refund and they were hesitant to give me my refund back. The managers Ms. Unique.

  I went to this Chick‑fil‑A after work and used the Mobile Order drive‑thru. Ordering was fine, but the wait was already long. When I finally got my food, I checked my drink and it was the wrong one. I went back through the drive‑thru to get it corrected. The employee told me “okay, pull forward,” so I expected they’d hand me the right drink quickly. Instead, every car behind me got their orders while I sat there in my truck with no one acknowledging me or checking on me. I was completely ignored. I just had surgery a week ago, so I was trying to avoid walking, but after waiting with no help, I pulled out of the line, parked, and walked up to the window myself. The employee who handed me the drink was dismissive and didn’t apologize or explain anything. I’m really disappointed with how this was handled. All I wanted was the correct drink, especially since I paid for it, and instead I wasted time and ended up having to walk anyway. I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll go out of my way to visit another Chick‑fil‑A before coming back here.

  I was handed a large drink that was clearly overfilled and not properly sealed. The lid wasn’t secured, the foam cup was already weak at the top, and the liquid was literally pushing up into the lid. Within minutes of driving off, the drink spilled all over my center console and my clothes. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience—this created a sticky mess inside my vehicle, soaked my shorts, and forced me to stop what I was doing just to clean it up. Anyone who’s dealt with soda in a car knows that’s not a quick wipe—it lingers, smells, and attracts dirt if not handled immediately. What’s frustrating is this was completely avoidable: • Don’t overfill the cup • Make sure the lid is properly sealed • Use packaging that can actually handle the product This is basic quality control, and it was completely missed. I’ve always held Chick-fil-A to a higher standard than other fast food places, which is why this is even more disappointing. This felt careless and rushed.
