  Atmosphere was awful, music blasting from the TV in the dining room, cranked up loud enough for the kitchen to hear over the noise, or maybe it's to force customers not to dine in, but I couldn't hear the person taking my order. I had a rewards discount and it took them 3 tries to check me out, passed me off to another person, and I swear they were trying to not give the discount even though it rang up on the screen. I finally get home with my food and well they definitely applied a discount... to the amount of food! This is supposed to be "Old School" you pay more but had double the meat, well I guess they felt they had to recoup the discount by screwing the customer over. You can still see the dry toasted bread untouched by meat or whiz. I didn't want to bother making the 15 min drive and wait for them to make a new one and have the rest of my $33 go cold. Truly disappointed

  I haven’t had Charley’s in years, I’m so glad I came into this location. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the restaurant itself was spotless, and the food was just as good as I remembered!

  The bone‑in wings were everything you hope for; crispy, well‑done, full of flavor, and somehow not dry at all. The boneless wings were just as impressive: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with great flavor. We ordered both in the hot honey flavor, and it was perfect. They even gave us an extra side of buffalo sauce, which took everything up another level. The service was spectacular from start to finish. We genuinely felt like part of the family. Victor was courteous, attentive, and checked in on us throughout the meal. The food came out incredibly fast. We didn’t wait more than five minutes for some of the items to hit the table. The environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The dining area was well‑kept, and the restrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how seriously they take their overall care for customers. Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings delivered on every part of the experience; food, service, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Victor for your kind service.

  The staff was so kind and patient. Victor greeted me and my family with a smile and was very knowledgeable about the menu items we inquired about. Great experience for sure and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back soon!

  Restaurant says it closes at 3am, I just pulled up at 2:40. The lady tells me they are closed. I tell her online says 3 and open sign is on. She Informs me they didn't have any orders so they already shut down everything. Mind you, this is probably my 5th or 6th time here. All times my food is normally ready within 10 mins. Also, Everytime I've been here the food and service has been great EXCEPT the last time I went. The same lady was not polite and my food was rushed and not good. My husband had to recook and reseason it. So now the last 2 times have not been up to par. I will not be back anymore. Food can be great but if customers service is not it shows in the food, ill keep my money.
