  Went with CAVA and it was such a solid choice. The bowls are fresh, flavorful, and you can build them exactly how you want. The place has a clean, modern vibe that makes it easy to sit and enjoy your meal. It's a great spot to grab something quick with friends without feeling rushed. I'd definitely come back again!

  Came in with three mobile orders and one ordering in person. Two of the mobile orders were ready but the 3rd was not even though it was more than 10 past the pickup time, one of the ready bowls was visibly not full. I asked for more rice saying “can I please have more rice and it’s almost half empty” the girl making the bowls gave me a dirty look and the man responded “half empty? mm okay”, I get it it’s mobile orders your trying to crank them out, I just don’t understand because it was not busy. The third mobile bowl, ready 20 minutes after the original pickup time, was comically low in food and the lamb was burnt. Just not acceptable for the cost unfortunately 😔😔

  “Closes at 11” but by 9PM they’re cleaning the grill (not making anymore food so they’re giving you half portions on everything) and half the toppings are missing. Twice now I’ve wasted my time coming here. Not again

  Cava could be great but this place sucks. All the toppings are in buckets of water. And they always make sure half the scoop is water. Every time I come here there’s literally a pool of water in my food because of how wet everything is. It’s gross.

  I came in with my Husband Today (March 12th) around 7:30pm. This was my first time coming to this location I usually go to the one on Congress and will continue to from now on. The service here is horrible. The workers look at you like you’re a problem for wanting to eat there. They rush you as you build your bowl unable to get all the things you want because of how much they are rushing you trying to get you out of the line. I’ve never have felt so unwelcome or uncomfortable in a restaurant . Please work on your employees on how they they should provide customer service. Truly disgusted by these employees. Plus they put my pita bread under all my foods leaving it covered with many dressings
