  Honestly, wings were good. Service was horrible. We saw our waiter twice maybe. I wanted a beer but never got around to ask for it. My order was half wrong but was never corrected and we never received our appetizer. So we just left. It wasn’t even that full. It feels bad not to leave tip. But come on. Anyways, I’m cool. I’ll probably give it one more chance. I don’t know. That’s the reason I stopped going the 1st time.

  Very disappointed waiting for almost 2 hrs and they still got my order wrong I will never order from this location again

  It’s just not worth the visit. Food is ok at best. Service is really bad. Incredibly slow when only a few customers were in the restaurant. No refills on drinks offered, took forever to bring the check. The “famous” wall of tvs flickered in and out of service. There are so many good food places in Austin. The choice is simple: you will be better served somewhere else.

  Do not order on DoorDash from the store the employee steal the food and then keep their drivers waiting for up to 20 minutes until they cancel. Then when the next driver comes to pick up the order, they claim that it was already picked up. This has happened to me more than once ordering from this store, until I realize what their scam is.

  In town for a trip and decided to get Buffalo wild wings delivered to the hotel. We wait 45 minutes with no confirmation that the food was made nor currently being delivered so we call. They say that on their end its a pickup order and that its been ready for awhile. So we have them remake the order and wait for it to come up but they forgot the onion rings. So we go BACK in there and show them the receipt and they start to make the onion rings. Whole time we're waiting multiple other people come in to collect their order and get told the same thing, "its not ready." After the whole thing was said and done we waited 95 minutes for a delivery order that we had to end up picking up ourselves.
