- KDKelley DillonJan 4, 20263.0The people working there on 1/3/26 were nice but there were only two of them. One was taking calls and the other was making my husband a sundae. I asked for a vanilla shake. He started to make it but another person came in with 2 orders, so the woman finished the shake once she was off the phone. We were on our way to a movie and I took several sips of the shake and it tasted very off. My husband tasted it and said he thought the milk was bad. Sadly, a Whataburger shake is much better than what I got. We didn’t have time to return it because of the movie. It was a total waste of money. 3 stars because they tried - perhaps they didn’t check the products!?!

I go there at least once a month and only once did they not have the Ice Cream flavor I was craving... But they did have 30 other flavors so I wasn't too upset. They've always been friendly and having a drive through is nice with the kiddos. Will continue to go happily!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
