I called BR and the genius-level employee said he remembered the order and that the flavor I ordered was out of stock. He said when that happens, he just "chooses something else" and sends it right along!!! Doesn't call, doesn't email, doesn't notify, doesn't cancel it - just goes ahead and makes it his business to choose something else on the customer's behalf!!! Hmm. What? Food allergies? naaaah, never heard of em! What an absolutely bizarre, presumptuous way to do something that's not your right to do! It was the weirdest thing ever. I told him that now DD won't refund me and you know those teeny tiny little things, oh what are they called...?...oh yeah, grains of sand! --- yeah, he didn't even care that much. Just sat there. What an absolute joy that was, to argue with DD all night (they've been dealt with) and also NOT get rhe items I ordered! Can't wait to never do it again. Just a warning for those going to this location. I love BR and this has *nothing* to do with them or there products. Those are fantastic! Just a little heads-up on what could happen to you order an out of stock item.

- JMJessica McCrawSep 5, 20202.0I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday from here. Upon arrival the cake looked nothing like the picture that I ordered off there website. I advised them of that and they said they would fix I told them I had to have the cake in four hours. After leaving I thought about it and called them back I specifically said if the cake is not something you are able to do please let me know so that I can pick something easier. They assured me they could make it look like what they advertise. I sent my fiancée to get the second cake he brought it home and still did not look like the picture. At this point the party starts in an hour and there’s nothing I can do about it. Will not trust them again to make a cake unless it is extremely basic. The screen shot is what I ordered off there site, the pink cake is the first cake they made for me, the other is the final cake that they think looks like the picture.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
