Super cute place but I payed $8 for a coffee that had so much cinnamon I was chewing the chunks while drinking it. I didn’t order cinnamon in my latte

Nice concept. Didn’t expect to see all the variety of food, drinks, coffee and groceries. Also a nice outdoor seating area. The coffee was delicious. I ordered the lavender latte.

The experience you get here will based on a few different things. If you have never been here, you may have a great experience. For those of us that have been going here for awhile the overall experience has went down dramatically. It used to be a nice coffee shop you could go to for a relaxed meal, coffee/drink, and enjoy yourself inside or outside. With the introduction of the grocery all the inside seating has been removed. This is okay during certain months, but during the cold or hot summer months this is going to be an issue. Also, with the introduction of cigarettes and other items to the store the energy in the place is terrible now. The only reason we are still coming here is because of Mission Burger and it feels like the owner continues to add non-vegan items to push them out. Really sad what has happened to the location.

Not sure why so many negative comments about this place. I love the concept of mini grocery stores and food options. I understand they are still in the process of adding more variety of grocery and household items. I had the veggie pizza and chicken tikka panini and both were delicious. Love the cozy outdoor seating area. Will definitely be coming back!

This place has gone downhill and fast. Mission Burger is a huge reason I even go here. I used to give my money to barely bean until the changes started happening. It seems there’s some animosity or something because all of a sudden, barely bean is selling their own food and what seems to be attempting to compete with the other business. It smells like petty behavior to me so ever since this began, I stopped support barley bean. This is not going the way barely bean had hoped it would…
