  Very disappointed, I haven't had Arby's in 5 years, probably won't order for another 5 years. I ordered delivery and they didnt give me the sauce I asked for and didnt give me the dip for my Swiss French dip. Called to see if I could get some form of compensation (idk maybe a coupon?) And the lady just said "awe that sucks" and offered no actual solution. The food is mediocre, I did enjoy the shake but otherwise I feel like I wasted time and money.

  I gave 3 stars because I was unable to use my mobile app for my purchase. Therefore I paid full price instead of the specials available in the app. I was told this is a franchise of Love's rather than Arby's. They shouldn't have Arby's name in my opinion or the app shouldn't acknowledge your location if they don't honor your price.
