  I want to take the time to give major kudos to SANDRA! She is the reason I look forward to coming to this Sonic. Her customer service is amazing! She’s so kind, patient, and quick on her feet. I appreciate how humble she is even on the busiest day. It’s people like her that really make the world a better place and I hope nothing but great things happen for her as she is a ray of sunshine. Thank you SANDRA for being you! You are the best! Sonic, you have a jewel on your team!

  The carhop on my order says Chelsea. Not sure if she was at the window taking my order but it is the dark hair middle aged lady who almost everytime I come has a very off putting attitude towards her. I think she may or may not have a tattoo on her neck. The way she speaks to you and her tone is the main reason why I dislike coming to this location period! I miss the location in Crossroads. The fact that I’m not the only review saying this should mean something. Whoever is replying with these automated messages needs to do more in real-time (customer service coaching, etc.) vs telling us to just report it to customer service. I have left a survey. They don’t call or email back.
