  Austin is a horrible District Manager and he needs to lose his job! To call a customer back behind a prior incident that happened with his ride manager Christine should be handled by corporate! This man had the audacity to call my phone and threaten to file harassment charges on me for handling his crew member exactly the way she handled me, rude and disrespectful! You can’t file harassment charges on me and I was NEVER even at that store! Furthermore you cannot talk to people any type of way and expect for them to NOT talk you the same way! This place is unprofessional and out of line for this foolishness! I will make sure that corporate is made aware of the service that I received from this establishment being ran by the horrible and unprofessional individuals! This is unacceptable!

  Amazing customer service from Christi! I mean it. First of all, i came here for Valentine’s Day to get Pizza Hut heart-shaped pizza and I asked if I could see the box before my pizza was done so that I could write “will you be my valentines” on the inside not only did Christi say “absolutely!” and did it for me with a smile, but she even supplied me a red marker to draw a beautiful heart when I only had a black one. It may sound silly, but it was incredibly thoughtful, and it meant a lot to me. then to top it off, I come back a few weeks later. She probably doesn’t remember me, but I ordered a pizza. A mistake was made. She not only redid my pizza very quickly, but she gave me the “mistake”Pizza for free. Got it out fast, amazing customer service, love the food, great deals. No one out pizzas the hut. It’s true.

  This was the only decent Pizza Hut in the area, but now it’s just like the rest. I ordered extra sauce, and I’m genuinely uncertain if there is any sauce at all. Totally unacceptable.

  I really enjoy their pizza and their bread stick is my favorite out of all of the pizza chains. The staff are very friendly and the store is modern and clean.

  The service was quick, convenient & delivered by friendly driver. However, the meal itself tasted like it had been sitting for a while, both the pizza and the wings. They were dry and though the toppings were fresh enough, my crispy thin crust was not crispy, nor did I feel it had the extra sauce I'd requested. Very disappointed with the meal overall
