I ordered a large pepperoni and pineapple pizza for me and my family, along with some desserts, and we had a really great experience. Honestly, I feel like some people just look for something negative to complain about, and I don’t really buy into that. The pizza was fresh, delicious, and arrived right on time. The manager and everyone else we interacted with were super friendly and professional, which made it even better. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

- JCJanelle CheriApr 1, 20261.0This location is declining. Normally I have no issues with the food (except every once and a while), but I asked for a pizza to be remade because it was not made well. Mind you, this was a walk-in. He claimed he used the standard amount of toppings for a veggie garden pizza, but there were barely any olives. Travis (THE GENERAL MANAGER), was rude. This was a PICK-UP. I walked in WITH THE PIZZA looking for it to be remade, and he refused. I called the store and he was STILL RUDE. He implied that I was looking for a refund or a free pizza (mind you, I ASKED FOR A REMAKE THE SAME DAY WITH THE PIZZA IN-HAND). I told him he was awful, and he DID NOT change trajectory. He refused to provide me with his boss's number, claiming she doesn't have an office number... Which is completely false information. This location has been struggling for a while. They need to get rid of this guy. I am good at finding people. He already told me this was a woman, so I will be speaking with her about the customer service I recieved. The fact that as the GM he is working regular shifts at the store tells me this store is in trouble. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
