  BEWARE!!!! If I could give this location zero stars I would. This is the very last time I come to this joke of an establishment. One last try huh? After 4yrs they still got my order wrong like ALAWAYS, they charged me for 2 chicken quesadillas when I ordred 1 I looked at the receipt and immediately told them so they could fix it and give me my money back for the difference. They without hesitation told me that they couldn't give me my money back for Their mistake of which I used cash bc last time I went there they failed to give me my card back, rushed me through the drive through and then charged more Taco Bell on my card without my knowledge before coming back to retrieve it. They also forgot part of the order so we had to waste more time going back to get the rest of it. $43 for horrible service, halfway put together food and basically being stole from Again!!! I give you my word Taco #ell in Aubrey I will not be back. I have never seen such incompetence and blatant disrespect. You should be ashamed

  Yo Kaden why my food messed up my drink is wrong and why is my meat falling out the bottom of my taco and I didn’t even order a taco so fire Kaden he should not deserve to be there fire him immediately I will NOT be coming back!!!!!!!

  1145 pm and they were already closed. Said until 12am. Hmmm. Not a single person was seen inside. No vehicles. Nothing.

  Hadn't been to a taco bell in a long while. Thought I would give them another try. It was a another disappointment. The staff was standing behind the counter talking when I got there and didn't acknowledge me for almost a minute. Yes they saw me. One of them was looking at me as they talked. Mind you there was only one customer in the dining room and one at the window. I placed my order and before I finished getting my drink my order was ready. Great service right? The burrito was so thin it looked like a soft flauta. The "beef" seemed almost pureed. The tortilla was the best part of it. I am more critical because my last several experiences over the years have been like this. The positive is there was good parking and it was clean. The result is I am done with the establishment as a whole. They won't get another chance.
