She was opening up a package of cheese and wouldn’t even look up to greet me. I stood there for a second until I finally greeted HER, still ignoring me…. So I just walked out and went to the Subway at Walmart instead. They had better service and were so much more welcoming. Please train your employees to be nicer to customers walking in. Always greet a customer, don’t ignore them with a sour look in your face.

I did check my receipt and it was as we ordered. I cannot stand pepperoni/ heart burn, but decided to just go with it. None off the sauces I ordered were on it, sub crunch was so stale. I ate 1/4 of it and threw it in the trash. Been going to Aubrey subway once a week for a couple of months now. Never had any problems until now. This was the last time. Switching to Crossroads location.
