I’ve received undercooked mozzarella sticks once, and another time I ordered a 6-piece but only got 4 in the bag. Most recently, I ordered a Frito Chili Cheese Wrap and got a small folded tortilla with just a few Fritos, chili, and cheese — nothing like the full, loaded wrap I’ve gotten from other Sonic locations. It seems like this location struggles with quality control. The team has great customer service, but the food needs more attention to detail to match that same standard.
